I was going to suggest the same guy BB mentioned. I think he's local to us isn't he? The best custom seat is going to be if she goes with you to get it made for her butt.

I recovered my seat with some Morbern All-Sport 4-way stretch vinyl, the non-slip version that they use on personal watercraft. It is nice material, grip is better so your passenger won't feel like she's sliding forward down the slope of the seat, or back when you have to stroke the 'burners. Plus it stretches so it conforms better to one's backside, your bum-bones sink into it more, and that helps alot with comfort and with staying in place on the seat. The old vinyl felt more like tensioned canvas over foam (which is kind of what it was). Primitive.
I love the look of professionally built custom seats but I'm on a shoe-string budget, so I bought some of this material through a local boat upholstery shop, diy'd some seat mods and re-covered it myself. The stuff stretches very well so it made the job easier to do neatly.
Some photos in my gallery fwiw. But if you can, get a custom seat builder to do it with this grippy type stretch vinyl.

Closer than I thought. On my last Walmart excursion, I looked and the stuff sure looks to be the same. some of the same stuff might be good for underneath a tankbag on ther rear of a seat with a little overhang to keep soft panniers from chafing. Currently on the rear I use a doubled over length of Polarfleece as a "saddleblanket".

Some of the custom seats are cookie cutter. Comfy but they look like shit on the bikes. Even Corbin at one time was making custom seats. Been there and sent a seat back to Corbin three times when they used drywall screws to attach it to the seat pan.

A real custom seat is made to specifications determined by the rider or riders and includes choice of cover materials (there are hundreds) colors or color combos (there are thousands) and the maker knowing a shitload of stuff about ergos and anatomy.

Another pitch for Rich who is in Washington and has two apartments just for customers. Getting a custom seat at Rich's is an all day process. Rich built the shop and apartment from the ground up.

The only drawback using Rich is to think you know more about seats than he does. You don't!
