You do know that the pinlock pins are on a cam so they can be adjusted to snug fit. Easy enough to transfer it over.

I could. But the pinlok that came with the helmet had a small seal issue. It was also a little marred up. I am using it presently with the old visor. I just didn't want to be looking through a nice new visor and a worm pinlok.

Ya Fink. I have used pinlok for years and this one is the very first I had difficulties with. I should have had it replaced when it was new as there appears to be an irregular silicon bead on this one. I have gotten into the habit of stuffing my gloves in my helmet. I think that is what mars the pinlok up. But they have served me well otherwise. tens of thousands of KM put on wearing that pinlock in the past.

Gents have you tried Novus #2 on scuffed plastics (or paint). Superfine abrasive in it that smooths them out. Put some on a microfiber cloth and you can do wonders.... Novus #1 makes a good visor cleaner as well. Novus #3 has a more aggressive abrasive.

baking soda and dish detergent lightly rubbed on a faceshield will usually clear them up from fog or cloudiness.

baby powder sprinkled inside and rubbed into the fabric renews the fresh feeling.
