    Group,

I've owned Bell, Simpson, Shoei, HJC, and AVG.
I wear KBC (wolf series) now (about $250.oo) - they fit me the best and the modern KBC helmet has come a long ways = competition drives that (and the shields are under $20.oo to replace) its the quietest helmet I have ever worn. Its a Korean made product not Chinese!

The next generation (marketed within the next 2 years) helmets will have a rear view camera and the rear view display will be inside, slightly above your visor = technology and saftey improvement (the company doing this helmet has already spent over 2 million dollars on the research!
That will be my next helmet!
You will have to judge the new helmet by different standards, soon enough, and if the major brands do not keep up with the technology and demand they will be left behind and these new helmet makers will be on the fore front!

    Regards, Art Hartman (indokidding)

yup, thats the one I want too - it will match the colour of my bike nicely\

One problem, theyre $1150 here or $1050 if you talk turkey.

Might keep me eye on e-bay too. You never know.

I found my X11 for $395 (free shipping) from helmetharbor.com back in July, it's only a solid color and you have to call them for their special sale prices.

It's probably the best vented helmet I've ever owned, almost too good since on a couple occasions I've actually noticed small parts of debris hittting my face with my faceshield down.

I checked with them on the helmet I bought, they wanted $549.00 for the helmet I purchased, but they said they would make me a good deal on a solid color.
