    Since you are the expert.....

    Is there any thin head set and better sound out there that will improve the fit and sound on my Shoei RF1000?

    You should have no problem fitting a ChatterBox XBI or XBI2 in there with out modifaction. If your looking for a good alternative look at the Midland BT2. It has louder speakers at about the same size, but also sounds better when listening to music.

    Thank you all for your quick response. Any other aadvice before I go ahead and remove some foam from the inside helmet (Not from the pad)......?
