    no...

    it still hurts...

    trust me

I wear better gear now than I did, and I'm glad I had what I did, but it's gonna hurt when you hit pavement....

but without what I was wearing...I wouldn't ahve a palm or a shoulder, or a hip, or the skin on the back of my head (didn't hit, but rubbed)....from rash.

the doctor told me I probably didn't break mine, instead I most likely seperated them.....which is the cartilage tearing instead of bone breaking.....

didn't take xrays...nothing they would have done either way...so I didn't wanna pay for xrays..

yeah, nothin they can do for the ribs, fixed the bike and rode 1 time with the ribs, that took bout 2 mo.before I felt 100%. and was able to ride again. All due to a misunderstanding in a parkin lot, we were all at a stop,I waved them on, then they waved me on, I motioned again for them to go, they didnt move,so as soon as I started they started and I grabbed a handful of fronts, over I went.

    ouch

mine was that I went into a corner too hot (not too hot for the bike, just too hot for being a noob) and chickened out, stood the bike up, straightened out, and the front lost traction in the gravel...over I went

what I should have done was just stay in the corner.....a low side is better than what I did.....lets you down easier....even though I would have made it through the turn....(but I didn't know that)

when I had my 87 VFR750 F2,WAAAY Back, I saw a guy, I didnt know him but we just ended up riding tog., go real hot into a sweeping L turn, I was on the white line opposite lane, he was a little ahead of me in the L lane yellow line and didnt lean it over far enough for the turn, lost it into a field, Id say we were doin 70-80, bike flipped 3 times and landed on him. I was the first on the scene, was not good. he was wearing gear at least and he survived!! I know because I followd the ambulance to the hospital and literally waited to find out if he made it. We were good friends for a while after that but lost contact over the years

    that's a crazy story!

I've seen some people go down at speeds of "FFFAAAAASSSSSSSSTTTTTTT" (on track, I was working corners) it's not a pleasant experience.......hopefully I don't wreck this year on track....that would ruin my day....
