   as far as the bad apples, I bet the guys not one , probably had a bad day. and wrote everyone a ticket. I would just for fun get video of the traffic moving on that stretch of freeway at the time you got our ticket to show how fast its actually moving and how busy it is. (have someone else drive and you do the camera. don't do both)
