Then there's the age old stunt we've all done in our youth. Fill a paper lunch bag with poop, the mushier the better, stuff the top of the bag with tissue, put it on his front step, light it, ring the doorbell, and run. When he opens the door and sees the fire, his immediate instinct will be to stomp it out. It works. I did it many times in my misspent youth.

Reg mentioned frivolous law suits. I didn't research, but I've heard that here in Jersey we actually have a "frivolous law suit" law. Basically, if you waste the courts time (i.e. tax payers money), for bringing a stupid lawsuit, you're going to pay for it. But I assume if you had that law, your attorney's would be up to speed.

I'm actually surprised State Farm is willing to just pay the original $10K. I guess that's because they feel the additional time and money would far exceed the costs to defend it.

I believe the USA is the only country in the world where you can sue for losing your fingers by lifting up and using a lawnmower to trim the hedges, and end up with a pile of money for your gross stupidity. Thanks for that but the guy down the list is actually right. If you've got a dog it is your responsibility to contain it. Having said that using the courts to bully other people around is equally wrong. I had a neighbour with a dog that used to scale the fence and it took a run at me one time. I had many mechanisims at my disposal before I needed to get anywhere near a courtroom. I've lived in my house for 17 years and no plans to leave...piss off your neighbour and you will have to live with the bad blood for many years to come and makes it not so much fun to come home to tension.

 

Go piss in his water tank for the RV. Buy a bag of wild flower seeds and throw them in his yard. I like the ice cube trick too!
