Hello everyone! I am about 90 miles south west of Camel ToeBack Mountain.

Has a Saturday and Sunday date been selected for the ride as well as meeting spot and time? Sounds like this could be fun.

I would probably go through Jim Thorpe into the Pocono area and may passed by a paintball place on rt 903 (I think).

.........................yeah I suppose I should get serious with this and see about dates. How you guys with the last weekend in August.For those of you short bussers that would be Friday night August 27 for the guys with distance to get here and Saturday and Sunday august 28-29. I'll also need a head count from the Jersey boys on who plans on staying at the house and who's in for paint ball.

I wouldn't go that far. Good news tho... snagged a new lease on a place with a garage. Was worried i was going to have to live 20 miles from the bike, obviously would not good for morale.

Paintball - That weekend looks good for me as it stands. My anniversary a few days before, but I'll deal with that ahead of time, lol.

DenT - You just validated my point. You move 6 months ago, then you move AGAIN to get a better place. Rollin in it, kid!! Remember, I only work about 5 miles from where you live, so give me a call anytime.

Dino - We're going to get you a camo suit that has a bullseye on the back. That'll help us geezers with the bad eyes. And it ain't the 12 ouncers, I go for the foe-tees.

I was thinking that... i figured i could just leave it at your place with my savings in non sequential small bills in the tailpack and while im at it i mine as well leave my girlfriend there to... all in all it seemed like a safe bet.:crazy:

Ya see there bud...thats where the problem lies. I'm rolling in crap i bought and places i went rather than the money i should be saving. not a good situation (but its pretty sweet right now). We def should get some early rides in. No more of that 4 hours of traffic crap like last time.

 

Let me know if any of you guys want to ride before this... I'm game. So long as I learn to ride this bike at some point..

..............................I'm gonna' mount new skins today.Rode last Saturday..........yes on the old tires.
There's still a bunch of shit on the roads north of here but everything south is fairly clean. I'm hoping the rain this weekend will do some good.

 

What you had on there did not qualify as tire. I believe the basic component of a tire is rubber, and I don't recall seeing any of that last time out.

I got out recently for about 60 miles. Lots of potholes, but no big deal. The rain they are talking about (4 inches on Saturday, I'm hearing!!) should be good and bad; It'll definitely clear up all the salt and little pebbles, but is bound to expose some more potholes. Fuck it, I'm ready to ride whenever.

Hey I can make that square peg fit! I have a BFH (Big F__king hammer). If all goes as planned I will have the new shock in, valves adjusted, plugs, oil change and Monday I will replace the chain and sprockets and if Steve is free the weekend after I might go upto his shop because he offered to help me set up my bike. So much work so little time.:violin:
