    Hi All,

The fairings were pretty shabby when I got the bike last year. Things haven't improved despite my attempts to arrest the rot and prettify her. Seems that after 24 yrs the plastics have just had enough and there is always a new crack somewhere.
Options are "new" bodywork or heave the old stuff and create a bare bones sled for stuffing around and the occasional long trip.
I've tried Pinterest etc for ideas but seems lots of dish needed to make specials.
Where else can I look for inspiration, considering a low budget is the starting point?
    Cheers

Wow, that stuff is nice! Wow, that stuff is expensive!
I live in east Africa, so importing is an expensive undertaking.
I've even thought of riding the 5000km's down to South Africa and getting something sorted there. Just everything is too expensive. Crossing four borders alone gives me nightmares.
Only way I can think of keeping the old girl viable is to go naked!
