Your Yamaha looks like you took great care of it. Whoever buys it will get a great bike. As for your new VFR, love the black color, sorry to hear it fell over. Safe riding to you.

Cheers Vulcanator, The Yammy has now been sold and happy to hear the new owner is taking it off the road to put on display with his personal collection.

What size is that bag? Does it stay in place when you attach it to the seat loops on the VFR?

Gday Vulcanator, The bag is the CL1040 33-40ltr. I didn't use the seat loops, they weren't in right spot. I have used a couple of GRUNT tie down straps https://www.bunnings.com.au/grunt-25mm-x-2m-pull-tie-down-strap_p4310165 and a couple of the straps that came with the bag looped onto the locators for the panniers. I also cut a piece of corflute material the same size as the bag that fits between the bag and seat so the bag keeps it shape a little better. Only takes 1-2 mins to remove and refit so pretty easy. I often for weekend squirts just take the seat of and put the Cowl on.

Just about to click over to 24oookms, did an oil and filter change, Front Brake Pads and Brake and Clutch fluid flush. Could have got maybe another 2000+kms out of the pads but not worth the risk. I cant believe how much better the rear brake is after the flush, must of had air in system.
