    You are going to end up with two keys, don’t know if you can find a new one, check rubber seal for rips or tears, can not be replaced, dumb desgn.

    I have actually read posts of people buying the cheap knock-off caps, removing the seal and installing in the old VF caps.

    And on Hondas, you can cut one side of the key with a code and the other side with another code. We did it all the time at the dealership.
