Oh Shit! another one of those "you gotta have ten characters" things.. Some folks cannot count to ten or don't give a shit about counting to ten and sometimes can ever express a complete thought in a two word sentence. ie "Oh Shit!" No shit..

The message went something like this: I think Rainbow used to have a harley that had much the same pipe or he needs to fill his pipe with some of our "produce" from Washington or Colorado and more to come..

I have never owned a Hardley. Also, there's plenty of "produce" available here, for those so inclined.

One of life's great joys is parallel to the cliche of boat ownership when it comes to Harleys.

We must assume, there is an appelation for this down under produce. In Panama we have "red" , Maui has "wowee" , Thai has "stick', so what do the denizens of the lower parts of the latitude call this mysterious combustible?

I have to assume that the decibel levels are enhanced due to being inside the garage. The VFR sounds a lot like the HP 327 V8 (550 hp) I had in my GT-1 Corvette - very nice staccato note at idle. Bet it smooths out nicely over 3k rpm. LEO's here would stop and greet you with that exhaust because it is not on a Hardly Doesitrun. Seems a complete lack of baffles is permitted on a HD but nothing else. Nice work all round. your garage looks to be as big as our house! NICE!

I just got done doing a custom paint job on my 01 vfr800 and I blacked everything out,I painted the frame black too but after it was done it was way too glossy, idk it just threw it off a little,I'm gonna post a pic and let me know what you think, and what else could I do to it.I have some blue in the airbrushing so I thought about putting blue handle bar ends and grips and a blue chain, idk ya'll throw out some ideas. What color code black did you use for the frame? Last question does the 5th gen under tail storage compartment? I saw one on a 99 that you can open up and put stuff in and I didn't know if it's like that oem or custom.

That's made by Corbin, no longer available from them but they pop up on eBay or here once in awhile. The seat and the storage unit are one component.

Looks like a couple of nicks on that main spar on the frame. The frames are alloy and coated so some scuffing is necessary when painting. Gloss levels can be diminished several ways. An automotive paint supplier can add some flatting agent to an otherwise glossy paint, or a glossy paint can be applied and rubbed back with a heavy duty rubbing compound. There are also blacks that are less than glossy.

Is that an older picture of your bike? (with a different exhaust and a Corbin seat)

I have the same seat and love it!

Yep, I've had more exhausts on that bike than Charlie Sheen has had girlfriends...
