    update
Apparently the previous owner thought LED lights would be cool so I am having the "IED" of wiring and all the extra BS removed from the bike
said it was anything but professionally installed so I said PULL IT ALL OUT!!!
they have also discovered a valve cover leak for which will also be fixed
by the time I get this thing back from the dealer it should be bullet proof!!!
but I will also say after waiting so many years to get back on a bike THIS IS KILLING ME to wait for it to be complete

You mean the bike still in the shop...? :hss:
If you bring to Toe's garage with a case of Coors light it would be done by now.

Yeah I dropped it off last Monday and they were about to be done when they noticed the leaky valve cover
so they will order THAT part and then we should hopefully be good to go!!
I am afraid of my bill already BUT I am having EVERYTHING done all at once to bring her back to her glory

Stopped by the shop last night and she is making progress
I checked the STOCK r/r and no signs off heat or burning so it will work as a back up in a pinch
if the Honda gods are smiling I should have her back today or tomorrow and THEN I can get to know her

took half the day off work to go riding yesterday made it all of 15 miles when it felt like the bike totally took a shit on me could not maintain speed very jerky
so I turned around and brought her home
turns out the 16 year old glue on the factory grips broke free LOLOLOL
so I got me some new grips and this stuff called Grip glue (I guess this replaces aquanet hair spray)
let it sit for 16 hours and the ride to work was FAR more rewarding
