Congrats! That's a nice one that someone has taken care of. Have fun on it.

Nice looking bike, tews. That luggage looks great. Expensive set up.
I love my 2000 vfr. I'll regret selling it but I've got the vfr1200 now and no room for 2 bikes.
Before you invest in heli bars ride it the way it is until next spring. I found, after about 6 months, that the stock bars are great. I've no problem with the stock seat either. Put the micron on if only to save weight.
Power commander? Sell it and take your girl out for a weekend trip on the bike. I was going to do all those trick upgrades when I first got the bike but now I think it's just fine the way it is and don't see a need to change a thing.
    That's my .02.

Thank you for the video I appreciate it. How proud you must be having this bike that was meticulously cared for and documented.

May I ask how much you paid and what area of the country you are in? I am curious about the market conditions.

I have a PCV on my bike but I got it because I was promised access to a dyno. That did not happen thus the PC is running with a template 6th gen map, which is not good. Adding up the costs of a Wideband Commander 2 plus an iterative tuning routine, going back and forth to my laptop, is not sounding too pleasant. I am considering disconnecting the PCV. Thus I can totally appreciate Vinman's take on it. Strongly consider his words.
