    I rotated my chain. Improves the airflo through the brake lights and equalizes the wear on the links. This keeps the bobbins from seizing up.

    I've read that when you buy a used bike, it's important to change the air in your tires. Depending on the altitude of where you live, it may be too dense or not dense enough. Running your tires lean is not advisable, they can overheat and lose traction.
