    Hey Guys

I know that Jamie doesn´t sell the kit anymore. The only thing I did is use the internet to find the stuff (with Jamie help) I needed for this oil kit.I orded and had the hoses compressed.Okay it took time to find all the stuff but it cost me around 50 dollars. The hose needs to be armoured and the main hose is 4mm and the attatched to T-piece and there goes 3mm hoses from that.I didn´t want to have them bigger hoses because I was afraid to loose pressure. There goes the 3mm hoses to a (I think don´t remember) 8mm oil rings witch is for the valve heads. And in the engine block I did a 8mm hole for the L-piece witch the 4mm hose hooks on.It is a long time since I did it so don´t follow this word by word.

    Best regards

    Gunnar

I finally installed my heads last night and thought I would pull up this thread again to see what you guys came across. Now I am confused! What is the T1 and T2 marks on your bikes and in your manual. My manual and my bike are TR and TF!

Nevermind, I just noticed that the '86 has different markings. JPorter: Does your 1985 have the '86 rotor markings?

Oops! I guess mine says TF and TR (I still have it apart so I just looked.) That better explains why I got it wrong last year. I figured the front head timed to TF and th rear to TR, pretty logical, except they didn't use LOGIC when it came to this stuff!

Help. The darn Clymer manual shows two different drawings for what TR alignment looks like!!!!! The section on valve clearance shows the line to the right of the TR letters aligned with the index mark and the section on cams shows alignment with the line to the left of the TR mark!!!! I just put everything together using the mark to the left! Argggg! I hope I didn't just cause an extra few hours work to redo and retorque everything....

    Which is it?

Ugh. I didn't look at this thread until I got home. I can't look until tomorrow, unless I have a reason to go back down to work... Nah, tomorrow it is for me.

    Thanks anyway.

It's killing me to be so close to finally getting the bike going after about three months of tinkering. Killing me!!! Anyone?
