I = Moron. Look at a calendar, dumbass.

But, I can say it's a Conoco station I believe, and not a shell.

I think you may be correct, that it's a Conoco that is. C-470 to Morrison RD. exit. West toward Morrison to first or second right, doesn't matter which. It's a huge station, something like a dozen stalls.

From I-25 go to 6th Ave. west bound to Kipling south bound to Morrison Rd. west bound. Go under C-470 and station will be on the right.

Depending which way you are coming down, either Hwy 66 and 287 or Hwy 66 and I25.

    I still can't believe I did that...

    All,

Unfortunately one of my pilot friends was killed in a plane crash last Saturday and I'll be going to Houston for the services and not returning to Denver until mid day on Sunday the 17th.

I hope to catch you guys on the next ride...soon.

    deltazulu,

You were a bubble head? When were you in? What did you serve on? I did six years active on two destroyers; in the reserves now.

So just to firm it up, I'll be at the Conoco at 10am tmrw morning. We should probabily get a head count inorder to know how many to wait for. Weathewr should be just about perfect. high 60's I think.

If it's only going to be VWRXTRD, B BEARD, and MEACHIE, I would be happy to meet Meachie here in town and meet the others somewhere more central too Longmont.

    Ideas?

    Have a good one!

I will be there as well. That said, if we need to meet elsewhere to make it convenient to others that is no problem. Looking forward to it.

Will bolt my wheels with new tires on tonight. So barring me doing anything stupid (possible, considering how this week has been) I'll be there.

I feel you, just installed a new rear tire on Tues. Luckily, I've managed to wear off most of the mold release.

Let's all just stick to the current plan and meet at the C-470/Morrison Rd. Conoco at 10am.

Should be 5 of us so far. Meach, Vtrx, both of the B's, and myself.

I'm checking off of my computer for the rest of the day, so I will see all of you guys tmrw at 10am.

    Looking forward to the ride,
    Dave

I was on a frigate for a week...they wanted us to see what the "real" navy was about.

The 1st Annual Joe Bliss Memorial Ride was awesome. You guys will have to ask B.Craig what happened to us on the way back...we've done something that no one has done.

our shortcut to Castle Rock turned out to be an adventure. the road ran out on us so we had a few miles of dirt road until we hit pavement again. So B.Craig and I are probably the only people in the world with dual purpose vfrs
