3 different riders different weights and different reaction times. The one older big guy was pretty slow on the brakes. But they all were shorter distance with abs.

If each one clamps down hard and lets the abs work, I guess that's all it boils down to.

The test riders were introduced with riding credits. It would seem pointless to use any other but seasoned riders no matter the age or weight slamming on the brakes at 80+mph on a wet deck.

Another allowance for some of the differences would be time of day and overall changes in what looked like wet conditions for the entire shoot as there is obvious editing been done on the shoot. This is part of the way stories are told unless reading Steven King novels or watching Donald Trump save the galaxy.

Overall pretty impressive for the benefits of ABS on a bike.

That's a great vid - I remember seeing it a year or two ago for the first time and thinking to myself that I would never get another bike without abs. I figure if the abs can shave that much off the stopping distance of professional riders, I can only imagine what it can do for people with much lower levels of experience like myself. I've listed below the respective braking performances for the dudes in the video.

Wet braking from 80mph in meters
    John: 92 to 75 = 17 meters better (18.5% improvement)
    Reece: 59 to 42 = 17 meters better (28.8% improvement)
    Bruce: 66 to 61 = 5 meters better (7.5% improvement)
Average: 13 meters better (18.3% improvement)
