There are probably enough of us now to form another Insiders claque.

Welcome aboard Jumbo! We are having a special on rings this week just in time for Christmas.

Time to add my idea. The thingh I hate is that someone enters as a new member only to get information about a spare part or engine trouble and then....nothingh more. No contributions, no experience or finding to share.
Well, ciao VFR owners : be active on this site as you are in your everyday life.
    Lamps,
    Carmine

I fully understand where Randy is coming from and the date since last post sounds like a good idea but would hate to see a member deleted that got busy doing other things for a while (shit happens) and do not mind myself if someone needs a bit of advise or part to stay on the road and I can lend a hand with no strings attached. Would help a perfect stranger get his bike repaired if I could just to know they were still riding.I will shut up now , please return to your regularly scheduled programing.

You do know I have been watching you

Carmine...Experience. WTF is that. I've onlly been riding bit over 3 years and all I have experience in is doing stupid things. You know. If you tighten an oil plug to much, it end up looking like a stripper's pole from The Pas Manitoba.

sticking with the topic at hand... There are a few sites that "purge after a members active status is less than say once a year... one that I belong on , and was not real active on did a switch , sort of like Michael did and if you hadn't posted in recent monthes your profile was gone... If that happened you just had to re-join the board. pretty simple stuff..IMO maybe thoes that have say, a post count of ten or less that haven't been active in the last 120 days should get "cleansed", with an e-mail before hand letting them know that its gonna happen by a specific date?

If this were adopted as a final solution to what might be considered a non-existing problem, if harleydoods were tossed off first, would this be like ethnic cleansing? Seems like that would not be very patriotic even though HD's use some parts from those un American type places. What we need to do is tell Honda to start building VFRs stateside like Wings so that they are American.

Personally I would accept a VFR built in Canada as a good but not perfect substitute.
