I don't read to learn, I ride to learn,, I instinctively know what to do. If a certain bike wants to turn into the corner, by gawd I'm gunna go with that.
I'm Not going to fight it with a bunch of Counter Steering going into the corner to make you secure in your thinking.

I own and ride both bikes in dicussion here,, they are different,, you can't seem to handle that,, why is that?

    ok Mr. Instinct
yes both bikes are differnt but both bikes steer the same way.
maybe more input on one bike then other but if you " instinctively " know what to do, then you would know you are counter steering both bikes.

my understanding of what you type is your Buell turns all by its self and your input is to keep the bike going strait.

and yes I have ridden 1125R and no differnt then my 6th gen.

    My father always taught me,

So I will argue with 02.

    A. The world is Flat.
    B. We did NOT land on the moon
    C. Countersteering is rarely used, knee steering is all the rage now.
    D. Bigfoot stole my pancakes
    E. Leprechauns DO exist! (Ever see a drunken midget?)

    I'm with Joey

Folks, here's a good way to settle this argument. Put this on your buell or any other device that does not use counter steering:

And crank the steering dampener to max so that the bars don't even move around. Now go to your favorite curve at 100 mph.

Take note of where the bike is. If is still on the road then your bike doesn't use counter-steering. But if it's in a ditch then yes your bike uses counter-steering.

The boy just has a misunderstanding is all, and doesn't want to see it any other way than what he believes it to be.

Don't see why all of you need to get your panties wadded up in a bundle arguing with him over and over. Spark up a blunt and let your troubles behind....
