You may have noticed that the main VFRworld page now sports a rotating VFR photo. Where did I get all of these cool shots? From YOU! Every photo that shows up on the main page was submitted by a VFRworld member. Periodically, I look through the newly submitted photos and choose the ones that I think stand out as really cool. Some are simply beautiful speciments of VFRs with lovingly applied modifications. Others are VFRs on various adventures, framed by nature. (Afterall, our sport is very much in harmony with nature, until we hit the track). :heh:

How did I make my selections? Completely subjectively, I'm afraid. If I felt it really stood out, I added it to the hall of VFRworld fame. Some of you posted so many cool and artsy photos that I had to pick and choose.

So keep the VFR photos coming! Anytime you have an opportunity to take a photo of your baby in front of a waterfall, or in the middle of a redwood forest, or in front of a sign with out-of-control twisties, send them in! (For the record, photos of VFRs with pretty girls on them usually make the cut). :clap2:

    Cheers,
    Michael

I'm pleased to annouce a new section in the VFRworld Photo Gallery. I called it the Hall of VFR Fame.

    http://vfrworld.com/photos/showgallery.php/cat/543

I copied all of the photos that I've been putting on the home page rotation. It's comprised of VFR photos that "spoke to me" for various reasons. If your photo didn't make it into the Hall, don't take offense. I didn't exactly judge them based on 23 elements of aesthetics or anything. :photo:

If there's a photo in the gallery that you think belongs in the Hall, post it here!

This is a cool gallery. It makes it a lot of fun to scan through all the photos. There are some good photographers in this group. Time to work on finding some models to pose with the bikes. I have some interesting poses in mind.

How often is this Hall of Fame updated?
Maybe it's time for a fresh set. :)

This is an early shot of my bike....plastics come back from the painter next Friday (2008 Honda Accord Coupe Balize Blue), lowering links, shaved seat, turned the triangle, "new" exhaust, new Honda badge, passenger grab bars and a really good cleaning! Can't wait to ride her!

What's with this black stuff? I think it would look grand in your corporate colours. Grey blue and yellow. You could put your company car in the back ground.

Ride on sister. Hope to see your parked next to mine really soon. Maybe I will have to get mine done up next. Can't be shown up at the work place. Mind you, you would be the only one that could.

The rims are staying black, the new Honda badge (off 2008 CBR1000) is a dark red (bergundy) in the centre fading to black. Once I get it all together I might put bergundy wheel rim stripes on it...we will see.

Don't worry I will be posting pictures all over the place when she's done....Can't wait!!!

Ya pretty sure I see enough of the "corporate" colours! But I would like a picture of my bus and my bike....hmmmm pretty sure I could get that pic!

Hey there was a white Gen 5 at STC on Sunday night....anyone we know?

Have you seen that crazy (beautiful) Victory parked at STC?....Talk about comfort!

Hopefully we will be sharing the road or at least "Bike Parking Only" soon!

    Cheers!

Yep that is a big one. Any bigger and h would need an oversize permit and a pilot vehicle. Not for me.

Looking forward to a ride. Keep an eye on the communities forum. I have spoken to the rider of that other pearl. He has a cup holder on it. Need I say anything else?
