Saturday, Sept. 12th. I'm thinking about heading up early Saturday to meet up with MA/CT brothers. Anyone interested?

 

So, did you guys go? Did PoconoVFR bring you on some of those sweet loops of his (did he avoid the roads with all the washouts or bring you on a few spinebusters?)

When's the next ride planned?

Bbwong - I might go to that BBQ on 9/12. Contemplating. Will keep you posted.

 

Pliskin - I'd love the company. How's the back feeling? It's 200 or so miles one way so if you wanted to find cheap lodging for the night and ride back Sunday, we can do that too. I promise to get you liquored up first!

 

Figures bbwong. Checked with the wife last night - turns out I have my nephews birthday party to go to. A story not worth telling here, but no way I can miss this party.

Sorry man, I was looking forward to it. Back is doing much better, although not perfect.

Hopefully we can get out some other weekend.

 

I'm heading down to Boyertown, PA for a ride (Harrisburg, Boyertown to Lancaster and home) with some old friends from another board. September riding, especially up Ponoco's way, is righteous... with enough advanced warning, I could be in.

Pliskin, no worries. I have the family obligations this coming and Labor Day weekend and fully understand the "no way I can miss the party".

It just occurred to me that we are running out of weekends. Seems like I just woke the bike up from hibernation. Maybe I need to start looking for better cold weather gear...
