I gave up on mine for a while. My stator, RR, battery are all tested good but I only get 12.75v at the battery when running.

How good is the RR/stator connector Kizer? Looking burnt or melting? My running voltage started to drop recently and I think it was crud building up in that plug, which made it pretty hot, and unless dealt with can lead to a full-on melt-down and many electrical Bad Things.

The plug to the stator is a little yellow/brown but not burnt or distorted. It could be that I guess. I'm going to cut off the plug and solder them as a last ditch effort. I installed a new RR but still no voltage to the battery. I did not want to cut up the new RR if I could avoid it. I guess I'll try soldering the old RR on since it's testing good.

I don't want to keep this post/topic going as I started a new one already. Thanks.
