I agree. I just cleaned mine without taking the appart. I took out the jets and float to soak them separatly. but as for the carbs I soaked them while together, fliped then soaked again (one gallon of cleaner did not cover them compleetly) they are quite clean.

Since the bike ran fine before you did whatever you did, it is safe to say the low and high speed jets are not the problem; did you replace the torn diapham?

I'm sure the carb cleaner worked it's wonders on the fuel tube rubber O-rings.

I hope you removed the pilot jet's rubber o-ring too.

Must have been hard to remove the carb sliders with that plenum in the way. I've heard of people breaking or bending the needle at the end of the carb slider.

    pilot jet's rubber o-ring?

Couldn't find an o ring on any of the jets, the screwed and tightened directly into the carb body.

Clearly you are low on blinker fluid.

I see, I only took that out when i needed to push out all of the gunk.

I have a question about this. If I am not mistaken I know what screw im looking at (wont know for sure until tomorrow) I thought this was a drain screw so I unscrewed it and then screwed it in all of the way. Is this why my bike wont run?

Perhaps not. I believe the screw that I took out was a drain screw as it i believe was in the float boal and the pilot needle is in the carb body
