Canadian Commute

Seriously. Since retiring, I have put on about 15 pounds and have actually started a times exercise routing a la Dr. Kenneth Cooper. Lt. Col., USAF Medical Corp. He is probably dead now though.

 

Would love to get to a race, only ever seen the big boys through a TV. Summers are tough for me to to sneak away for very long but it's a possibility. I do love a road trip.

 

I was out for 2 hrs on both Friday and Saturday afternoon.
Rode from Waterloo to Hiedelburg, St. Clements, Hawkesville , St. Jacobs, Bloomingdale, Elora and back. lots of sand in Elora so very careful there. Then straight home down Northfeild. 1st ride on the 2000 VFR I bought in november 2012. Last time I rode was 28 yrs ago on an RD 350.
Love the ride looking forward to alot more time on this bike.
I was also at Royal city dist. on Saturday for a look around, lots of bikes out.

 

I had a long 2 wheel hiatus as well. Nice to be back isn't it?
