    Just about any auto parts store should have these. I put mine on then used the hose clamps that came off the tubes to secure them in place. You don't have to worry about a piece of silicone caulking going into your throttle body that way too.



    As far as R/R goes, 13.5-14.5 Volts DC is what you are looking for. Crank it up to 5000 RPM and test again and see if it goes up.
