Well the VFR / Ebay Gods haven't been kind to me.







Oh and the big prize was this fender which isn't even a VFR part




So needless to say, I've opened a case to dispute the issues with the seller. Every part was damaged to one degree or another due to pathetic packing. Let's see if the process works.

 

Wrong fender?!?! Jeez...Chaulk that up to inept-ti-tude...If you paid with Paypal you should be ok, wonder how the sellers feedback rating was too.

Anyway, I got hosed on a mid cowl for my VFR years ago, opened up a dispute, they froze the doodes funds, I got reimbursed fairly fast. Its a heck of a system fer sure. Good Luck...

I have sold, and bought many things on eBay and been really lucky I guess...

 

I have been lucky too and when I sell something I do my best to make sure it gets to the buyer as advertised. These guys just dumped some beautiful parts in a box and sent them. It's the tank that just makes me want to cry. How many nice tanks are there left out there? Probably a handful at most?

The seller had 100% positive feedback and has shipped fairing before but something just went sideways with this one. Time will tell.

No it went USPS

The seller has offered a refund at this point but I'm not happy with that because it is a pain in the arse to pack and ship it and then try to collect the shipping costs. I want to cut a deal for a partial refund if possible.

 

Back to this shit about showing pix of one's kids. Not real smart..
