    You should check out the thread "Niagara Ride". The falls ride is getting set up through there. I'm just a participant. Although I have put an offer out for anyone wanting to crash at my place the night before for some BBQ and beer is more than welcome. Niagara takes me 3 hours to get to from my place. 6 miles south of I-90 on RT 534.
