Bwhaha, Randy, I did the same thing. Couldn't get used to it at all. In fact, my first one flew off somewhere in MO. Then I gave the spare a chance and it's probably still weathering away down is some Smokey Mountains. Just got in the way. All I use is a throttle lock to give my wrist a break. Maybe once an hour. Now if I develop problems in my wrist I may have to try the buggers again.
Camped right there in Asheville, NC on the way to Gaspe. Tornadic storm about ripped my tent apart. I freaked out all night long. But it was beautiful!!!!
