    I'm seriously thinking about the RG cut ones. I'd prefer if I put the bike down to have that peace of mind. I just hate the thought of cutting my fairings

    Thats probably What I'LL end up doing. Need to get the tools to make a CLEAN cut and the sandpaper to finish it up proper.

    R&G sliders on my 1198 are almost as stout as a crash cage. I don't think I've seen any R&G slider for any bike that I didn't like.
    No Cut Sliders = Big ass hole ripped in fairing...
