Anyone ever used Motul "MoCool", instead of Engine Ice? 30f lower run temps

As part of the spring/summer prep, I'm doing a coolant flush and I thought I would try MoCool. Motul states that distilled water, with 5% MoCool added, will work as coolant and drop operating temps by as much as 30f. I'm a little skeptical, so I thought I'd see if anyone has any experience with it.

Does it offer freeze protection as well?

not according to the link he posted it would be nice if it did. But it did say that it could be added to most coolants that are monoethyleneglycol based.

Maintain your skepticism cuz that claim seems unrealistic.

My bro just put this in his R1. He says it runs about 5 Celsius cooler than the normal running temp out on the flowing road. But still gets up there enough to turn the fan on in traffic. ie 104c+ So yeah not really worth the effort and cost unless you have to do a cooler change. But if you have problems with your cooling, it's not going to fix it.

So it's really similar to Water Wetter.

^^ That's correct, if not an improved formula. I will still need to use an anti-freeze. Even if the temp drops are closer to 10f-15f then I think it's worth trying; that would keep the bike below 210f during most redlight situations, and hopefully somewhere in the 180's while moving. I'm doing the flush on Fri and will report back on warm-up times and running temps as soon as I have an opportunity to ride in warmer weather.

Just buy an MV and the VFR will be the coolest running machine in your garage. Problem solved!
