I did not even know he was returning to racing. Moto America I see. What happened?

 

I was reading on another site and it stated that he crashed his dirt bike big time. Messed his shoulder up again, broke collar bone and ribs, punctured lung.

WOW! He really messed himself up. I have gotten hurt a LOT more riding dirt than riding track road coarses.

 

maybe Rossi has the right idea having no jumps on his track I think I heard that Dani Pedrosa has had the jumps removed from his track for the same reason

 

True, I watched some of Doctor five part video, and he did clearly state that his track he prefers, because it is safer for training than MX or supermoto, and also mainly for throttle and drift training.

Can’t see it happening, too many safety issues. They should leave the streets to the pros.

 

I wonder how many racers will want to do this. After some time at Isle of Man Rossi thought is was very intense to run at those speeds

 

The teams are not likely to go for it.

Rossi was there back in 2009. His one and only time due to the MotoGP commitments.
He completed 1 parade lap.

 

Well a Rossi "Parade lap" would be terrifying for most. He even got the R1 off the ground.

 

I managed to get my Cx 500 2 up of the ground at the same point back in 1988.

This was how fast his parade lap was.

 

I have seen that video. They did pick up the pace out in the country and on the mountain leg but through towns not so much.

 

So does every one else as out of town is de restricted.

Will try and find some from the bungalow

 

It would be a hoot to take an isle lap.

 

The riders safety group would shit kittens if DORNA tried to run a road course race.

 

I would enjoy seeing those "pros" go up against the GP guys on a current GP track and equal machinery. May the cream rise to the top. When the flag drops, the.....you know the saying.
