any viffers in atlanta?

im out here with matt. in north ga. but im always down for some winter riding. just give me a heads up

 

well mine will be ready to ride in a couple more weeks, just waiting on my stuff from bikebadit more than likely i be ready to after xmas, anyone willing to ride in january, and were do you want to ride to?

 

Who is interested in riding this weekend? If the weather is ok we can do a half day ride and stop for lunch. Mmmmmmm.....I love me some BBQ.

I could be talked into good bbq up north on Sunday. The weather is supposed to be nice Sat. and Sunday with a high of low 50s in Atlanta. Maybe we could grab 76 in SC afterwards?

Edit: Ram mount for my gps is coming tommorrow...giggity.

 

A few of us on VFRD are planning on riding down toward Callaway Gardens this Sunday for lunch. Anyone intersted?

If y'all get together sometime count me in. I used to live in Atlanta, but now I live down in Perry. If y'all decide to do a Saturday ride I can ride up Friday night, stay with family/friends, and then meet y'all where ever.

Wrestler has tried to get together with me a couple times for a ride down here, but I've not be able to do it when he is. I think it would be alot of fun to get together with several VFR riders, especially if there are several gens present.

FYI, I'm a fairly new rider myself and there are not many twisty roads down here on the plains of middle Georgia to practice. I'm up for anything, but if we go anyplace challenging I'll be the one riding tail end charlie. You'll have to wait for me to catch up at the BBQ joint. ;-)

damn this forum has gotten lonely also, did everybody quit rideing or what.

 

nope. i just rode today. it was about 50. just got on 400 and rode about 15 miles. nothing big. i just wanted to get out. we are going to try and get together again to ride soon, assuming the weather stays around this, give or take 10*.

 

well it been in the teens, but now it has warmed back up to the 60s-70s, thats what the weather channel is saying anyway (lairs) im ready for a good ride its been since september since ive been on the bike, she got alot of dust on her, i need to air it out.

 

hey guys i just got done watching the tube and saw the children that didnt have a family or chrismas, so i had to go to my computer and to this web site and share a idea i have, i would need the help from all of you guys, i would like to do like a charity ride for kids that have no mother or father, or any one for that matter ive never done something likes and i dont even know were to start, so i need everyones help to make this a real. well thanks for listen to me.
