Any gen VFRs in northern CT/Central Mass area

No kidding.........

 

I'd like to introduce myself as the newest owner of an 02 VFR800. I am absolutely hooked on this bike. I have ridden a Ducati 900SS for years now and swore I would never own anything different. I can't say enough good things about this bike and am very excited to have crossed over. I am over in Westfield MA and don't get to do many group rides because of work and family schedules but would like to meet up with a group occasionally. I am also an MSF instructor with the PV Riders Training Course. I look forward to chatting with y'all and possibly meet up with a few for a ride.

Hey Adam. I really enjoyed the Ducati and would recommend a Duc to add to a garage. They definitely aren't for everyone. I picked up my VFR from a guy in Blackstone. I look forward to riding this bike every day and am trying to find longer rides to work.

 

Hey Tony, welcome to the group! A lot of good guys here, so if you can catch up for a ride or 2, you'll have a fun time. I'm just over in Agawam so hopefully we can get hooked for a spin!

Sounds good. I ride through Southwick and Granville often. I like the roads and minimal traffic out that way. Two great ice cream stops also...

Welcome! Your bike looks awesome! I love the blue! the 5th gens are aurguably the best VFRs. Did you pick it up locally?We'll definitely hook up this summer for a ride. There are enough folks on here to get a group together hopefully in a couple weeks.

dammm Kobe, you get around lol...they let you bring your bike on those ships so you can try out some of the roads when you're in port?

 

I spotted an 07 today at our Motorcycle Training course. can't wait until tomorrow to chat with the owner and check out the red white blue.

I would be in for a ride. My weekends are somewhat limited. Definitely out for 20-21 August. Y'all should ride up to the airshow at Barnes in Westfield. It would be cool to see them all lined up. There's another 02 owner where I work. Pick a weekend and let's meet up

Spotted this at the Westfield Air Show today. Anyone? It had a Connecticut plate on it.

 

Well, gents - got my ticket back and am off to the ship this Monday Labor Day. Have fun and ride safe for the remaining season.

I will be jealous of course, but I will show you all up with my reworked forks and shock next year.
