Thanks for the compliments guys. It looks pretty clean inside and out. Just going to do some maintence to get a base line. If I could get some decent weather I could get out for some seat time. Parksville beach at low tide is the ultimate kids play ground! In the off season we use to hit golf balls out the water edge and back, about a mile or so. Of course you would need refreshments for hydration purposes and the "scenary" is not to bad either.:biggrin:
