Looks like Amsoil's version of water wetter (red line). Interesting stuff, but I've always wondered how it compares to 50/50 ethylene glycol and either 50/50 propylene glycol or 100% propylene glycol as coolant. The glycols have a lower heat capacity (~80%) so they don't absorb heat as readily from the engine (or release it out the radiator).
