    You brights "should" only be troublesome to on comers when it is too bright for their eyes. During the day time, their eyes are already accustomed to bright light so the brilliance is far less intrusive than at night. It is like this "Oh so you see my bright lights do ya? Well I am occupying this here space so fug off"

    I'll try running with the high's on during the day and see what happens. My HID's should be here soon as they shipped yesterday, so that should help out a little bit as well.
