ABS or no ABS.. that is the question?

I'm pretty sure ABS saved me on #3 occasions. 1 Left turn right in front of me panickeed braked and steered right aroung the back of car no problem. 2 car merging on freeway came strait across 4 lanes i panicked brake and miiseed car by 1 foot, driver on cell phone and blasting rape music so loud I could hear it. 3 came around turn on my Sunday morning ride, small herd of Deer 4 of them in road panick stop from 70, came to a stop 5 ft away then they noticed me and scattered. I'm 100 percent sure ABS helped no locked wheels and no loss of control .

I am thinking about picking up an 09 cbr1000rr abs if I can find one at a decent price. Should give me the power that I am looking for. There do not seem to be too many around used. I know I will have to pay for it one way or another.
