I'm still at my weight range thanks to sticking with a new diet at http://homodiet.netfirms.com/ Last year I had to buy new leathers and at the time of this writing they still fit! Ditto for new pants that I had to buy.

BTW, this injections you're talking about is the old school form of the hCG diet. There's a new form called releana that allows you to take it via drops under the tongue. It costs a little more but much less painful! you can get more info at http://www.releana.com

Congrats Joey on loseing and keeping the weight off. I had to put myself through the same regement about 10 years ago without the hormone. Being a commercial diver I had to do a complete physical (yes complete) before becoming a diver. The agency ADC (American Diving Contractors) has a physical exam that I have to pass (and still have to pass every year). Ten years ago I was a plump 228 and the doctor stated that I passed every thing except the weight allowance. I was allowed for my height and weight at that time to be 210#s. He told me that he can put the exam on hold only for 30 days before it could be submitted. I told him that I'd see him in that time frame. I went on a 1000 calorie a day diet and lost 30 pounds in 28 days. I did this by eating Lean Cuisines 3-4 times a day with no excersize. I have only gained back 10 pounds since then. Now being an EMT I definately realize that was really stupid. So:soapbox: time. If anyone wants to go on these extreme diet plans please do it under the guidance of a professional.

Again Joey congrats on the weight loss and good luck running from Randy and getting Pimped out by Stuka!

I can't be quite satisfied that those crash diets really work so I took Snorkleboy's advice and just removed my rear wheel. The traction provided by a rear sprocket digging in is incredible BTW.
