    I can flat foot it in the high position and the low position feels weird, so I stuck with the high position.

    I compromised , front of seat on high, rear brackets set to low but I added a few washers to split the difference...makes the seat flat. Best of both worlds, knees aren’t cramped but I’m not sliding forward.
