    Thanks Luke, I'm gettin' there.

    If I'm going on a *very* short ride I might go without earplugs; but 99% of the time I wear them. The Yosh pipe does sound fantastic; but it is loud. :eek:

    I'm glad you're really liking the 750. I plan to pull mine out in another couple of weeks as it has been quite some time since I last rode it. Like you, I'll be able to compare notes on it against the 1000R. From what I remember, the 750 is better in every category except for straight line acceleration.

    I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts. The VFR is definitely more nimble, and the way Yonan set this bike up it's easily as stable as the kR. I think the kR might have more midrange; but the only time you'd notice that is doing a top gear roll on from - like - 50mph or something. Keep the VFR above about 7k and the difference in weight between the two bikes gives it an advantage I think.

    Wouldn't have thought that, by the way. But there you have it.
