85 VF HONDA 500 Interceptor

    FoR Sale:
    Bike stored in garage for 5 years, a youngman drop the bike off said he will return with parts for replacement he never returned I have tried to collect from family member of this youngman.. said he is not around keep the bike. I have no title or key will like to get storge cover *800.00 USD + SH.

    Bike has complete fairrings, front fairring has crack around the screw is repair .

    70 HSP Eng.
    No Wind Shld.

    Have you had the bike for 5 years or did he just drop it off for repairs and he owes you money?

    I'd be careful selling it before you can at least prove you legally own it or have a justifiable lien on it.

    If you sell it before you have legal title to it and he comes looking for it, the police will probably show up at your door to charge you with theft....

    At the very least, If you don't have legal title and sell it, you could end up in small claims court.....

    a family member saying "keep it" is also not legal title....

    I guess I'm just saying, "be careful".

    My guess is he's got a mechanics lean on the title - perfectly legal for him to sell it that way.

    CMove - Your location and some pictures would be super helpful. If it looks good I'm sure there will be some interest.
