if you are not modding your bike to go fast why do you claim its so fast. if you don't care about speed this thread should have been 2 pages, and stated the following

replace stock exhaust with black widow because it is SS and catless
    upgrader to DMr suspenders
got me a custom corbin seat
got me a PC to smooth it out

then been done with it. no talk about how fast your bike is/feels.

Except nobody is spending "all their money to make a 5th Gen VFR go fast", it's already plenty fast. The best mods are just to enhance what already exists and balance out the overall capabilities. Pretty simple to, seat, suspension, fuel map, exhaust system, it's not a big deal and it's what would need to be done with most any bike, even a brand new one

    OY VEY  [IMG] LOL

Here's a dyno sheet of a stock CBR1100XX Super Blackbird with just a pipe. Yea 4cyl inlines are only top end. LOL goggle it...................

And a bone stock one. (not tuned very well) Notice at 3000rpm's that it makes more torque than your VFR at peak. You want power then you'll have to wear big boy pants.

So why are you trolling 3 forums, posting unsubstantiated crap about releasing factory power?

Why are you putting a lower power German ECU, a second snorkel and all the other bits of crap you are doing if your above quote is what you believe?

A special kind of special special.

FACT #1 : As of now OP is "in fact" the only person who has "first hand" experience with Euro ECU G hooked up to a "free flowing" 5th Gen VFR with a Euro Fuel Map, Double Snorkel Air Box with a Pipercross Air Filter and full free flowing exhaust system, no 02 sensor, no cat, no Restrictor and this setup pulls through 5th Gear into 6th gear 144 Mph GPS actual speed.

FACT #2 : Dyno graphs vary depending upon many factors

FACT # 3 : OP does not process or post "hear-say" from folks with "no skin in tha game" rather OP has done the research, paid out of pocket cash on all products mentioned(from all over the world too) and throughly road tested before posting results that are for informational purposes only.

Fact#5.. OP spends way too much time/effort in forums, mod research vs actual riding.

If you only spend as much time/effort just riding your VFR, it would be faster even without spending the money for mods.

Yea they sure do. That's what makes them so much fun and a pleasure to ride. Tq on the bottom/mid range and horse power from mid on up. It pulls harder the higher in the band all the way to 10,800. Sixth gear at 2500rpms and just roll the throttle on in traffic and this thing will walk away from all cagers around you. Plus when WFO it spools up so fast you have to stay on top of it or you're banging the rev limiter. The biggest problem is the right hand. I always have a shit eating grin on my face when I ride it. Nirvana.............

Just how would it run next to a 2008 R1 with a TTS Supercharger that Dyno's at 200 hp ? If I was going to go inline 4 that would be my choice for

Please... riding everyday does not mean that you can ride your machine to its performance capability... all those mods you listed does not make you a better rider.. not even in your delusional dream.

It seems that you have confused your "facts" with "opinions"... far from realty.

it would be about the same as running it against any supersport bike with 200 hp. does not much matter if the bike is supercharged or not 200hp will always beat 150hp with the same rider on the bikes. the same can be said about 150hp vs your 5 gen with 90hp

disclaimer: my hp may not be exact did not feel like going back a page to look at the chart for the blackbird.

Probably eat it's lunch as a turbo Blackbird. There are no super charged birds, just tubo charged.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBzDRy-gSJA

Start at the 2 min mark.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rkr7Qjqw7Zg

start at the 50sec mark. Most if not all Blackbirds use turbos, no room for super charger.

Most turbo Birds range from 225 to 260hp to keep them sane on street

So what will your VFR do turbo or super charger? Not as much I'll tell ya. Now get back up on the porch with the puppies................................

Strange that a person who keeps going on about their top speed and HP guesstimates would say that
