2016 VFRworld Calendar - now accepting photos!

Sadly, I don't have any action photos of me riding my VFR ...

 

Thanks for reminding me, I have only a couple back when. H, I take the photos, very few of me on the bike.

 

I have none so all my submissions in the past have been static shots.

 

My bike is is stunning and very nice, a rare 2006 black model, best bike ever made because I ride it all the time- winter or summer= except when salt is on the road- and I am rinding sunday or Monday 45 degrees:guitar:

Keep them coming guys and gals. Don't forget to add the detail asked of you from Michael. There are some nice pictures here that are out of the running because there was no data supplied. Only a week to go.

 

The caption field is only one line, so you need to separate the fields with commas, as shown above. If you make a mistake on the caption,... you won't be able to edit, you'll need to upload your photo again with a new caption. ....

Does the Update Caption not work, seems like it does.

 

Yes. I used it during the initial process but before I hit the OK button. Prior to hitting the OK button, you are still in the data entry mode and you use the edit caption button. But once you have clicked on OK, the picture and the caption as you have it, gets recorded on this dropevent page. Then, I think you cannot change or edit the caption and are stuck with what you sent.

 

Yea that process in my hurry, bit me in the ass, not twice, but three times, you would think it would be cut and dry simple, but until you know how it works it is trial and error. I still didn't add commas, I didn't like how it looked, figure if i don't make it because they can't read it, well...... I get they need info and what, that's one thing. punish for grammar LOL

 

Off been able to edit after hitting okay. Does it not edit on their end?

 

During my first round and I added a catchy saying, but after I re read the post letting me know the Opps, got me going ok I'll just re edit what I had, no biggie. Nope, nothing there that will let that happen, so it was then I re-downloaded and went figuring what's before hand. once you hit the ok button you best make sure by looking at the preview that its what you want.. LOL took me three tries. Doh!!

 

Ok. I just don't know now.

They are coming out later and later every year. I used to buy a couple as Christmas gifts but no more. Just one for myself. Too bad.
