Not sure what they where to. I'm sure one was the fuel pump and the other I don't know because I didn't follow the wires. One was a black fuse holder and the other was white with a cover.

So the one fuse was for your starter relay and the other the main fuse.

    Definitely do the drill.

Send photos of those connectors and wiring at the connectors

Maybe that's the problem lol. Toss in a 30amp and be done. If only it were that easy.

He IS kidding about the 30 amp fuse!!! Do not replace your 20 with a 30 amp fuse, unless it is supposed to be a 30 amp. Make sure you find out why it blew, and WHAT it blew. No guessing or supposing allowed!

    Thanks
Not sure what fuse it was the bike has been running fine so I am no longer digging into the issue. I'm busy riding. I described the location of the fuses and what they look like. I'm sure it was related to the fuel pump.

You should keep digging of you want to avoid the possibility of being stranded. Fuses don't blow for no reason.

You need to dig deeper then - there's a good chance you'll be stranded again if you don't take care of this now.

So it is your main fuse. The main fuse holder is extremely failure prone. A lot of the time the fuse and fuse holder will actually melt, with out the fuse popping, due to poor contact and arcing.
The main fuse is supposed to be 30amps...
I wouldn't be surprised if your fuse/ fuse holder/ wiring shows signs of heat.
You need to cut the fuse holder out, cut the wiring back and install a high quality 30amp marine grade fuse holder.

I understand that. But I prefer to keep riding. I'm sure it was caused by the super HID head lights the previous owner installed, which I mentioned earlier. I just won't be using the highbeams for now, and once the weather changes for the worse remove them and go back to stock. If fuses blow with the stock setup then I will dig. Appreciate the concern of course.
