I just purchased an 04 VFR with low miles. The seller did tell me that he had an issue with the electrical system one time and that the rear brake was an issue. I did some searching and found out that the 04 had 2 recalls- on both issues above. I called Honda USA and after checking my VIN, Yup my bike is included in both recalls. What are your experiences with recalls and the service that you recevied from your Honda dealer? I was planning on replacing my rear brake pads myself. Should I wait?? Thanks for any/all input.
Bring the bike in for repair......Not thing to be worry. Change the brake pad after all the work done.
