+2 on rear sprocket

    If I get a 45T rear sproket on a 2014 VFR 800, will chain still fit or need replacement. I have only 800 miles on the bike... Also is a 530 sprocket available with 45T?

    I doubt you'd have any issues swapping that out. I'll trade your 43 for my 45.

    Thats why clutching it up was invented for guys like you. Does not cost anything. Except when the law see you do it then it get expensive fast. In Florida its almost $1k for lofting the nose.

    Yes to both questions. I have a 45-17 on my '99 with the stock chain length with no issues. Sprocketcenter should have it, at least that's where I got mine.

    Yep, trying to calm down the squids down here. I tell the kids to come to the track and they can power wheelie out of every corner. A few have and are now civilized on the public streets. Its amazing to see a young "bullet proof squid" come off his first track day all humble and craving more. "so THAT is what riding a bike is really about!" lol

    I got 2 wheels off the ground with my R6 over a bump that seemed to be made for it-darn they fixed the bump a long time ago.

    I think it was stock gearing, a r6 is one fast bike.

    The 8th gen comes with a 525 chain/sprockets, not 530.

    Similar fine here but arrest, loss of licence, and seizure of bike all follow.
    Then cost $1700 to get bike out of impound a month later, loss of licence for 3 - 6 months.
