ethanol fuel can clog jets quickly, a dirty/rusty fuel tank will clog jets too, and your idle jets most likely need re-cleaning unless the carb...

we already know the diaphragms are shot. hole is about 1/2" diameter black hose.
ez to test stator AC output.
the wire you bypassed needs replacement or cleaning at both ends.
