Most likely cause would be bent or warped rotor/s. Nothing to do with anti-dive. How many miles on the bike ?? You could check the rotor...

You MUST follow the exact sequence from the FSM. The carb with the idle adj screw is your master carb and all must be matched to that....
The front fairing support brackets are a bit different ('86/'87F2) so the gagues wouldn't bolt up right. For plugs, check the wiring diagrams...
