Battery is too low to supply enough voltage for proper running. Check the charging system output, and consider replacing the battery.
Not a carb problem unless the choke is stuck on. Possibly a fuel pump (if there is one on that bike) failing with heat, but i'm bettin on pulse...
Running problems probably related to low voltage=failed charging system or f'd battery.
